When will my order ship?

Within 1–3 business days. You'll get an email with a tracking link the moment it's scanned by the carrier.

How long does delivery take?

7–15 business days after it ships, to US addresses. Shipping is free on orders over $100; under that it is a flat $25. See how to track your order.

Where can I see my order?

Open your orders and enter the email you used at checkout — we email you a six-digit code and you're in. The tracking link in your shipping email works too.

What if it doesn't show up?

If your product hasn't arrived after 25 business days, contact us and we'll refund you in full.

What if the ring doesn't fit?

Send it back unworn within 30 days of delivery for a refund — trying it on for size is fine. Our ring size guide shows how to measure before you order.

How do returns work?

You have 30 days from the day it arrives. Contact us with your order number, we send you the return address, and the refund goes back to your original payment method once it's received. Worn earrings can't be returned for hygiene reasons. Full details on the returns page.

What are the pieces made of?

The jewelry is mostly plated — a layer of gold or silver tone over another metal — and every product page lists the finish, the stone and the fit. The jewelry may contain nickel; a quick wipe with a soft cloth after wearing keeps the finish bright. The scarf is mulberry silk: no metal, no plating.

Is checkout secure?

Checkout runs on Shopify, which handles payment for millions of stores. We never see or store your card details.

How do I reach a person?

Can I change or cancel an order?

If it hasn't shipped yet, yes — contact us with your order number as soon as you can. Once it has shipped, use the returns process when it arrives.
