Returns & refunds

You have 30 days from the day a piece arrives to return it unworn. Trying a ring on for size is fine; "unworn" means no signs of wear. Return shipping is on you unless the piece arrived damaged or wrong, and returns go to a US address. For hygiene reasons we can't take back earrings that have been worn.

Refunds go back to your original payment method.

Contact us with your order number and the piece you're returning. We'll send the return address and instructions.
