Refund policy

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to return it for a refund.

What can be returned. Any piece in unworn condition — trying a ring on for size is fine; "unworn" means no signs of wear. For hygiene reasons, earrings that have been worn can't be returned.

How to start a return. Email communication@cosmicis.fashion with your order number and the piece you're returning. We'll reply with the US return address. Return shipping is on you unless the piece arrived damaged or wrong, in which case we cover it.

Refunds. Once the return is received, the refund goes back to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take a few days to show it.

Damaged or wrong item. Email us a photo and we'll replace it or refund you in full, including any return shipping.

Late delivery. If your product hasn't arrived after 25 business days, contact us and we'll refund you in full.

Cancellations. If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us with the order number and we'll cancel and refund it. Once it has shipped, use the returns process above.
