Terms of service

These terms apply to purchases made on this website, operated by Cosmicis ("we", "us").

Orders. When you place an order, you'll get a confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order — for example if a piece is out of stock or a price was listed in error — and will tell you if we do.

Prices and payment. Prices are in US dollars. Shipping is charged at checkout as set out in our Shipping policy. Payment is processed at checkout by Shopify and its payment partners; we don't see or store your card details.

Shipping and delivery. See our Shipping policy. Delivery estimates are estimates; if an order hasn't arrived after 25 business days we refund it in full.

Returns and refunds. See our Refund policy.

Products. Product pages describe each piece's finish, stone and fit. The jewelry is mostly plated and may contain nickel; the scarf is mulberry silk. Colors can vary slightly between screens and in person.

Your account and information. Keep your order details accurate. How we handle personal information is set out in our Privacy policy.

Intellectual property. The text, photos and design of this site are ours or used with permission. Please don't copy them without asking.

Limitation of liability. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Changes. We may update these terms; the version on this page at the time you order is the one that applies.
