Shipping policy

Where we ship. US addresses.

Cost. Free on US orders over $100. Orders under $100 ship for a flat $25.

How long it takes. Orders ship in 1–3 business days. Delivery takes 7–15 business days after that. Business days don't include weekends or public holidays.

Tracking. You'll get an email with a tracking link as soon as the carrier scans the parcel. Tracking can sit on one status for several days while the parcel is between hubs; that's normal.

Duties and import charges. We don't collect duties or import fees at checkout. If a carrier asks you to pay a charge on delivery, contact us.

If it's late. If your product hasn't arrived after 25 business days, contact us at communication@cosmicis.fashion and we'll refund you in full.

Wrong address. Check the address in your confirmation email. If it's wrong, reply to that email before the order ships and we'll correct it. We can't redirect a parcel once it's on its way.
